Hi Year 4-<\/p>\n

So we’ve spent this week revising THREE ways to use like in English.<\/p>\n

Here is a quick reminder of the different uses, and the song clips we listened to, but here I have given you the FULL, COMPLETE version of the songs, instead of just the clips.<\/p>\n

I like cake, eating pizza, and my best friend. <\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

Who do you want to be like? \u00a0What do you want to be like?<\/em><\/p>\n

Do you want to be intelligent, generous, hard-working, sweet, funny, friendly?<\/span><\/h3>\n

OR<\/p>\n

Do you want to be sad, mean, and negative?<\/span><\/pre>\n
And finally, we \u00a0talked about: TO LOOK LIKE<\/span><\/p>\n
To remember that adjectives come before nouns, we listened to a clip of \u00abBrown-Eyed Girl.\u00bb \u00a0Here is the COMPLETE song.<\/p>\n
Remember: in English we say and write \u00abadjective noun.\u00bb <\/em>\u00a0And sometimes we LIST ADJECTIVES:\u00a0\u00a0\u00abadjective, adjective, adjective noun.\u00bb \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
