During the past several weeks the blue and yellow classes have had some classes together. \u00a0It is so much fun to share our fruit in a super assembly and for the blue class to hear the yellow students model how we ask for fruit and say thank you in English!<\/p>\n

We have been working on primarily two topics: autumn, and the family.<\/p>\n

To practice the names of family members, we named pictures \u00abMommy, Daddy, Sister, Brother and Baby.\u00bb<\/em> \u00a0 The students repeated the names and then we played several games. \u00a0The pictures were hidden in different spots in the class and the students needed to find the picture of the correct family member as I said the name. They loved it! \u00a0And they played very well.<\/p>\n

In the next game, the students had to \u00abgive a kiss to Mommy\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>and stick a paper kiss on the correct picture, giving a kiss to Brother or to Baby.<\/p>\n

We will continue to play with family and use family words as we explore our next topic: emotions!<\/p>\n

Durante las \u00faltimas semanas las clases azules y amarillos han tenido algunas clases juntos. Es muy divertido  compartir nuestra fruta en una gran   asamblea para que la clase azul pueda escuchar el modelo de \"los amarillos\" pidiendo fruta y diciendo gracias en Ingl\u00e9s !\r\n\r\nHemos estado trabajando  principalmente dos temas: el oto\u00f1o , y la familia.\r\n\r\nPara practicar los nombres de los miembros de la familia , nombramos im\u00e1genes \"Mam\u00e1 , pap\u00e1 , hermana, hermano y  beb\u00e9. \" Los alumnos repiten los nombres y luego jugamos varios juegos. Las im\u00e1genes se esconden en diferentes lugares en la clase y los alumnos ten\u00edan que encontrar la foto del miembro de la familia correcta cuando dije el nombre. Les encant\u00f3 ! Y ellos jugaron muy bien.\r\n\r\nEn el siguiente juego, los estudiantes ten\u00edan que  \"dar un beso a mam\u00e1\" y pegarse un beso documento sobre la imagen correcta, dando un beso a \"brother\" o a baby.\r\n\r\nVamos a seguir jugando con la familia y el uso de palabras familiares a medida que exploramos nuestro siguiente tema : emociones !<\/span><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
