We’ve been busy these past couple of weeks! \u00a0We have been talking about winter, about how it is COLD and the clothes we wear when it is cold. \u00a0We read a book about winter, revised our colors and colored our very own mittens! \u00a0Here are some photos of our experience!<\/p>\n

The children were offered their choice of four colors for their mittens, but were only allowed to use three. \u00a0Some children, when asked which color they want, simply repeat the last color they hear. \u00a0Others are very clear and select their color independently, with no regard to the order in which they are offered! \u00a0What clear progress of understanding and English production!<\/p>\n

We also started learning the song \u00abJingle Bells.\u00bb \u00a0Here is a link to listen and practice at home!<\/p>\n

Hemos estado muy ocupados estas \u00faltimas semanas! Hemos \u00a0hablado del invierno, sobre\u00a0el\u00a0 fr\u00edo y la ropa que nos ponemos para protegernos. Le\u00edmos un libro sobre esta fr\u00eda estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, revisamos nuestros colores y pintamos nuestros propias manoplas! Estas son algunas fotos de nuestra experiencia!<\/p>\n

Se les ofreci\u00f3 elegir entre cuatro colores para pintar sus manoplas, pero s\u00f3lo se les permit\u00eda usar tres. Algunos ni\u00f1os, cuando se les pregunt\u00f3 qu\u00e9 color quier\u00edan, simplemente repit\u00edan el \u00faltimo color que escucharon. Otros ten\u00edan las ideas muy claras y seleccionaron el color que deseaban de forma independiente, sin tener en cuenta el orden en el que se les ofreci\u00f3! Qu\u00e9 progreso mas claro de la comprensi\u00f3n del Ingl\u00e9s! Fue muy bonito y emocionante para mi.<\/p>\n
