{"id":402,"date":"2013-09-14T17:20:00","date_gmt":"2013-09-14T17:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alqueriaenglish38.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/14\/welcome\/"},"modified":"2014-02-19T11:21:50","modified_gmt":"2014-02-19T11:21:50","slug":"welcome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alqueria.es\/blogs\/alqueriaenglish38\/2013\/09\/14\/welcome\/","title":{"rendered":"WELCOME"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome, to all new readers, and welcome back, to all readers of this English blog for parents or carers of the children in the Orange, Red and Green class in infants and Year 1 and \u00a0Year 2 in primary.<br \/>\nOur English classes started on Monday 8 September, apart from in the Orange class, where we are just getting to know eachother.<br \/>\nAt all levels we have been working on listening skills, which come in use when learning another language. We played a series of listening games which prooved to be very popular, and encouraged a concentrated kind of listening.<br \/>\nIn Year 1 and Year 2 we are gradually moving on to enhancing the time spent communicating in English and reducing the time we spend in Spanish. It is indeed quite a challenge for both teacher and children.<br \/>\nPresently, we have Lindley working with us for some of the English classes. Almudena returns from her maternity leave on 21 October and will be rejoining us in our English classes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/cloud.alqueria.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2013\/11\/851ab-lucyu.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cloud.alqueria.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2013\/11\/851ab-lucyu.jpg?w=300\" width=\"320\" height=\"237\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><i><br \/>\n<\/i><i>Bienvenido a todos los nuevos lectores, y bienvenido de nuevo a todos los lectores de este blog de ingl\u00e9s dirigido a los padres, madres y cuidadores de los ni\u00f1os de la clase naranja, roja y verde en infantil y las clases de 1\u00ba y 2\u00ba de primaria.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Las clases de ingl\u00e9s empezaron el lunes 8 setiembre, aparte de la clase naranja donde estamos en proceso de conocernos.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>En todos los niveles estamos practicando nuestras capacidades \u00a0de escuchar, las cuales son \u00fatiles para aprender otro idioma. Jugamos una serie de juegos auditivos que demostraron ser muy populares, y animaron una manera de escuchar concentrada.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>En las clases de 1\u00ba y 2\u00ba estamos progresivamente alargando el tiempo que le dedicamos a comunicarnos en ingl\u00e9s, y reduciendo el de espa\u00f1ol. Es sin duda un reto para tanto los alumnos como la profesora.<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Actualmente, tenemos a Lindley trabajando con nosotros para algunas de las clases de ingl\u00e9s.
