Children in the Orange<\/span> class have been learning a new song, Tommy Thumb, which is all about our fingers and their names. We\u00b4ve also danced and when the music stops we\u00b4ve gracefully turned round and sat down, calling for the music to be restarted. Together, with Carmen Jime\u00f1ez translating in Spanish, we read the story of \u00a0\u00abBig and Small\u00bb.
\nIn the\u00a0Red <\/span>class we have been busy enjoying a variety of games related to the colours of the rainbow. Sorry folks, I didn\u00b4t manage to video the children performing the Rainbow song but I\u00b4ve posted a couple of \u00a0photos below.<\/p>\n

The video below is one the children in the Green <\/span>class viewed on Monday and then went on to paint their own Elmer, working in pairs. Work on spinners continued as well, culminating in the great spinner championship for half the class, to be repeated next week for the other group.<\/p>\n

Los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as en la clase naranja <\/span>han estado aprendiendo una canci\u00f3n nueva, sobre los dedos y sus nombres. Tambi\u00e9n hemos bailado y cuando par\u00f3 la\u00a0m\u00fasica, dimos una vuelta y nos sentamos en el suelo, aclamando el reinicio de la m\u00fasica. Junto con Carmen Jim\u00e9nez, traduciendo en espa\u00f1ol, \u00a0 \u00a0le\u00edmos\u00a0el cuento\u00a0\u00abGrande y Peque\u00f1o\u00bb.<\/i>
\nEn la clase roja<\/span> hemos disfrutado con una variedad de juegos relacionados con los colores del arco iris. Lo siento, no consegu\u00ed grabar la actuaci\u00f3n por\u00a0v\u00eddeo pero he posteado un par de fotos arriba.<\/i>
\nEl v\u00eddeo arriba es uno que los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as de la clase verde <\/span>vieron el lunes. Luego pintaron su propio Elmer, trabajando en parejas. El trabajo de los peonzas tambi\u00e9n continu\u00f3, culminando con el gran campeonato de peonzas para la mitad de la clase, el otro grupo lo\u00a0har\u00e1n\u00a0la semana que viene.<\/i>
