Esto no siempre fue as\u00ed. Hasta hace poco m\u00e1s de medio siglo la limpieza de la ropa significaba horas de trabajo pesado, ya que hab\u00eda que juntar el agua con baldes para calentarla, pasarla a una tina, disolver dif\u00edcilmente el jab\u00f3n y colocar las prendas para frotarlas, enjuagarlas y escurrirlas.<\/p>\n<p>En todo ese tiempo se han ido buscando productos para hacer que esa limpieza fuese m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y uno de ellos ha sido el incorporar las enzimas a los jabones o detergentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00bfQU\u00c9 SON LAS ENCIMAS?<\/p>\n<p>Las enzimas est\u00e1n en todos los seres vivos y son las encargadas de realizar todas las reacciones qu\u00edmicas que necesitamos para vivir a una temperatura (36.5) y un pH (neutro) determinado. Ser\u00edan como las trabajadoras del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-3x2LL3u7JV8\/T9Jw0ErnQJI\/AAAAAAAAAC8\/XW4DYmRdJVc\/s1600\/fuentes.png\" alt=\"Resultado de imagen de ENZIMAS BIOTECNOLOGIA\" width=\"200\" height=\"136\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Las enzimas que se utilizan en la industria actualmente se obtienen de los microbios (hongos y bacterias). Para que estos produzcan cantidades industriales y de mayor actividad hay que manipular su ADN. As\u00ed conseguimos que produzcan la enzima que nosotros queremos y c\u00f3mo nosotros queremos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/image.slidesharecdn.com\/introduccionabiotecnologiatpenzimasindustriales-agus-150620013139-lva1-app6891\/95\/introduccion-a-biotecnologia-tp-enzimas-industriales-4-638.jpg?cb=1434764442\" alt=\"Resultado de imagen de ENZIMAS BIOTECNOLOGIA\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Las enzimas que se utilizan para a\u00f1adirlas a los detergentes son principalmente proteasas, amilasas, lipasas y celulasas. Se utilizan \u00a0porque\u00a0 son las ENZIMAS GLOTONAS, se comen todo lo que encuentran.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/1\/1c\/TPI1_structure.png\" alt=\"Imagen relacionada\" width=\"136\" height=\"86\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LAS PROTEASAS comen prote\u00ednas y as\u00ed conseguimos limpiar las manchas que dejan la leche el huevo, soja, sangre, tomate, sudor.<\/li>\n<li>LAS AMILASAS comen hidratos de carbono y as\u00ed quitan las manchas de cereales, papillas, pur\u00e9s, pastas, chocolate, salsas.<\/li>\n<li>LAS LIPASAS comen l\u00edpidos es decir grasa, as\u00ed quitamos las manchas de l\u00e1piz de labios y cosm\u00e9ticos, mantequilla, aceite, sebos.<\/li>\n<li>LAS CELULASAS limpian las manchas de hierba y otros vegetales, la tierra y realzan los colores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>BIOTECNOLOG\u00cdA EN EL COMEDOR: <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>LA ENZIMA CATALASA Y SU ACCI\u00d3N EN LOS ALIMENTOS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para que los alimentos puedan llegar a nuestras casas desde los supermercados necesitan bastante tiempo y en ese tiempo hay que evitar que se estropeen. Una de las cosas que les puede pasar es que se oxiden y se estropeen. Por ejemplo cuando partimos una manzana y la dejamos al aire vemos que comienza a aparecer un color marr\u00f3n signo de la oxidaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 sufriendo la manzana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00bfQU\u00c9 SON LOS ANTIOXIDANTES?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/recetasfitness.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/antioxidantes.png\" alt=\"Resultado de imagen de antioxidantes\" width=\"210\" height=\"117\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La industria alimentaria evita la oxidaci\u00f3n de los alimentos mediante diferentes t\u00e9cnicas, como el envasado al vac\u00edo, y tambi\u00e9n utilizando antioxidantes. Por tanto, los antioxidantes en alimentos son los preservantes que retardan el deterioro y la decoloraci\u00f3n debida a la oxidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hay antioxidantes naturales, presentes en el organismo y que se encargan de que no nos oxidemos, y tambi\u00e9n los hay sint\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los antioxidantes m\u00e1s comunes en la industria es la catalasa. La catalasa es una enzima que alarga la vida \u00fatil de zumos de c\u00edtricos, cerveza y vino. Enju\u00e1gate bien para coger las c\u00e9lulas y esc\u00fapela en el vaso.<\/li>\n<li>Pon 4-5 gotas de detergente en el vaso.<\/li>\n<li>Pon un poquito de sal en el vaso.<\/li>\n<li>Agita un poquito el vaso movi\u00e9ndolo en c\u00edrculos con cuidado y cali\u00e9ntalo unos minutos con las mano.s<\/li>\n<li>Echa el contenido del vaso muy despacio en los tubos con la soluci\u00f3n de alcohol<\/li>\n<li>\u00a1No muevas mucho el tubo! Mira c\u00f3mo se van formando los hilos de ADN (blancos) entre la soluci\u00f3n de agua y la de alcohol. El ADN ir\u00e1 cayendo poco a poco hacia el fondo del tubo donde est\u00e1 el alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>Si quieres llevarte una muestra de tu ADN a casa coge un poquito con la pipeta Pasteur y ponlo en los
