Existen tantas pir\u00e1mides como b\u00fasquedas realicemos a trav\u00e9s de Internet u objetivos se quieran cubrir. Algunas se ajustan m\u00e1s que otras a las recomendaciones ofrecidas desde organismos como la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeped.es\"> AEP<\/a> (Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Pediatr\u00eda) o la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\">OMS<\/a> (Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud), pero no existe un consenso \u00fanico para implementarla en nuestros h\u00e1bitos nutricionales.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de una orientaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica que es necesario adaptar a la edad, condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, gasto energ\u00e9tico, lugar de residencia &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dejando a un lado la elecci\u00f3n de una u otra, existen ciertos aspectos b\u00e1sicos y generales que podr\u00edan incluirse en ella como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ingesta de agua<\/li>\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicio f\u00edsico regular<\/li>\n<li>Clasificaci\u00f3n de los alimentos en grupos<\/li>\n<li>Inclusi\u00f3n de raciones diarias, semanales u ocasionales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As\u00ed que <em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">mi propuesta de hoy es que cada uno realice en casa su propia pir\u00e1mide de la alimentaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/em>, para tener una referencia sobre la que guiarse. Posteriormente se puede reflexionar acerca de si de manera habitual se sigue o no, cu\u00e1ntas veces \u00abnos saltamos\u00bb la recomendaci\u00f3n de consumir alimentos menos procesados&#8230; y descubrir que <em><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">elaborar un men\u00fa semanal \u00abconsensuado\u00bb<\/span><\/em> (que respete esas directrices) es una opci\u00f3n fant\u00e1stica para no tener que lidiar diariamente con ciertos platos que nos gustan menos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a1Espero vuestras pir\u00e1mides y men\u00fas!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No es necesario hacerla muy elaborada, partiendo de la figura b\u00e1sica y teniendo claro que en la c\u00faspide van los alimentos que debemos tomar con menos frecuencia o de forma espor\u00e1dica y en la base los principales a incluir en la dieta, es suficiente.
