Es una especie de pan plano cubierto con or\u00e9gano, aceite, aceitunas y sal aunque le puedes echar encima lo que quieras. \u200bEs un plato tradicional de la cocina italiana y parecido a la pizza.<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>200 ml de agua tibia.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Media cucharada de sal.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Media cucharada de az\u00facar.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>350 gramos de harina\u00a0 de trigo de fuerza.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Una pizca de sal gruesa.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>7 gramos de levadura seca, 20 gramos si es fresca.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Una cucharada de romero fresco.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Aceitunas o jam\u00f3n serrano\u00a0 para mejorar la receta tradicional.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol class=\"bodyList bodyList--ordered\">\n<li class=\"bodyList__item\">\n<h5>Localiza el bol grande de tu despensa. <b>Vierte harina, levadura\u00a0 tambi\u00e9n az\u00facar<\/b>. Liga con mimo.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bodyList__item\">\n<h5>Haz un hueco en medio para echar el agua. Trabaja la combinaci\u00f3n con las manos, con movimientos de fuera hacia dentro.\u00a0<strong>Incorpora dos cucharadas de aceite y sal <\/strong>mientras remueves hasta lograr un resultado compacto.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bodyList__item\">\n<h5>Es hora de trabajar el preparado sobre la encimera. Echa harina; as\u00ed, no se pegar\u00e1.\u00a0<strong>Amasa sin detenerte durante doce minutos<\/strong>. Percibir\u00e1s que, con el vaiv\u00e9n, la base de tu focaccia coger\u00e1 elasticidad.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bodyList__item\">\n<h5>Roc\u00eda con harina el bol anterior y deposita la amalgama antes de tapar el recipiente con un trapo.\u00a0<strong>Deja reposar una hora en un lugar seco y c\u00e1lido<\/strong>\u00a0hasta que el volumen se duplique. Vuelve a amasar brevemente.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bodyList__item\">\n<h5>Engrasa la bandeja y extiende la masa. Te quedar\u00e1 una altura de unos dos cent\u00edmetros.\u00a0<strong>Haz huecos con los dedos<\/strong>, esparce sal gorda y roc\u00eda con aceite. Coloca el romero y las aceitunas o el jam\u00f3n y deja reposar media hora.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bodyList__item\">\n<h5>Precalienta el horno durante<strong>\u00a0diez minutos a 250\u00baC<\/strong>. Introduce la elaboraci\u00f3n.
