In the Yellow class we are having a dual celebration of Book Week and Spring. Â We are learning the names of animals frequently associated with spring (lamb, rabbit, duck, etc.)
To help, we also enjoyed reading Duck! Rabbit! and enjoying these animals from two perspectives.  We made puppets!  Enjoy the photos below!
Recently in the yellow class we have been singing about animals. We use body motions, pictures and animal sounds.

Due to so many exciting happenings at school such as end of the year school trips, parties, bank holidays and Trinity exams, recently the English classes in the Yellow and Blue classes have been somewhat interrupted. Here is a link to a song to enjoy at home, so we can sing together again!

In the Yellow class we have had a wonderful return to school. Â During the first several days of class we revised the vocbaulary we learned in the first term.
We have spend the last two weeks learning about animal names and noises in English. Â Here is a link to the song that we learned.
The students chose a favorite animal from the song and  colored it to make their crowns!  Here are some photos of the process!
Next, we are learning to explain how we feel: happy, sad, or angry.
Feliz Año Nuevo! En la clase amarilla hemos tenido un maravilloso regreso a la escuela . Durante los primeros dÃas de clase revisamos el vocabulario que aprendimos en el primer trimestre .
