Hi! Year 5.
Just to remember what we have learnt this week.
Good Luck!
TeacherM&Ana.

Over the past few weeks, our English classes have been filled with Autumn colours, creativity and a lot of storytelling! As autumn arrived, we explored this beautiful season of changes through vocabulary, songs and engaging activities that helped us learn in a fun and meaningful way.
As we said in our last entry, we created our own autumn book, filled with drawings, new words, and short sentences about the things we see and feel during this time of year. The children used leaves, crayons, imagination and teamwork to bring their little books to life. We shared them with all our classmates.

Also, we have been reading different autumn stories, like “The leaves Thief”, a book that Maeve and Inés brought to the class, this way we learned about animals, windy days and cosy moments following the characters through their adventures.
The story “Room on the broom” that our friend Luis brought to share with us was really funny and made our day in Halloween!
Thanks to all of you!
Here you can see us sharing our reading skills with the smallest children of Primary!

Now that we’ve wrapped up our autumn topic, we have started working on something very exciting:
And… children are learning how to talk confidently about who they are, what they like, their favourite hobbies, their families, their favourite colours, foods and more. Step by step, they are practicing key phrases, building sentences and preparing small presentations to share with the class.
And honestly… they are doing an excellent job! Their confidence is growing each day, and we are incredibly proud of how brave, creative and enthusiastic they are.
Well done, everyone! Thanks to all the families for your help too!
Keep shining and keep speaking English with joy and confidence!
Huge hugs from your English Teachers Manolo and Ana!
