In the midst of our confinement we can still celebrate a virtual holiday! Today, March 17th , in Ireland and where ever there are Irish populations, people get together to wear green, eat corn beef and cabbage and celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day! These videos explain the whys and hows of this green luck o’ the Irish celebration!

And now a traditional Irish anthem.
And now for something equally traditional, but a little happier!
And just in case you aren’t familiar with Irish Step Dancing, here is a small taste.
Enjoy this cultural moment. Happy Saint Patrick’s day and Luck o’ the Irish to you all!

Sorry, bad take on Gabriel Garcia Márquez´s title Love in the Time of Cholera….
Nonetheless, the world has not stopped turning, and this too shall pass,so while we are all at home, let’s take advantage of our free time to review and continue to practice all that we are learning in English.
By the time we are back together at school, hopefully, you will have reviewed and practiced any concepts that we have learned or that are difficult for you! To help you with that, we have new exercises on liveworksheets and we will continue to add them. Also, we will be posting video lessons and activities on the blog, so please keep checking it. If you have questions or doubts, comment to us on the blog.
Meanwhile, go wash your hands!
Stay in your house, take care of the people you love and stay well! Take the weekend off, and check this space for work on Monday.
We’ll teach virtually for a while, and we´ll see you on the flip side!
All our best,
Lindley and Manolo
