Hi everyone!
As you know, we are learning how to talk about emotions and explain how we feel in different situations.

In Primary 2 we love talking in English and we are improving our speaking skills by using complete sentences and connecting feelings to life experiences.
We are practicing expressions such as:
“When it is my birthday, I feel happy.”
“When it is summer, I feel excited.”
“When I have a test, I feel nervous.”
“When I lose my toy, I feel sad.”
“When I play with my friends, I feel happy.”
“When I watch a scary film, I feel scared.”
“When I am very tired after sports, I feel exhausted.”
“When I get a present, I feel surprised.”
Through games, role-plays, conversations and fun activities with emojis, students are learning to recognize emotions, describe situations and express themselves more confidently in English.
We are also working on empathy and emotional education by talking about how different situations can make people feel in different ways.
Time to review guess the emotion with the following video from the movie «Inside Out»… enjoy!
Have a beautiful weekend!
