MAKING BREAD IN YEAR 2

We enjoyed our bread making in Year 2. We were able to talk English only all the time and the bread turned out really well.

Just in case you want to bake some more bread at home, here you are some details about measurements:

  • 375 g of flour.
  • 5,5 g of dried yeast.
  • 2 Tbspoons of olive oil.
  • 1 tspoon of salt.
  • 3/4 cups of warm water.
