Dear parents,

This is the very last post of the year. Related to the Spring Party topic, we are learning about Olympic Sports, the 5 rings, the continents, the colours…

They have become very fluent with the language and they have learned a lot of vocabulary and expresions. As well they have participated a lot and feel more confident towards the language.

It has been a real plaseure for Lindley and be to become part of this group and to enjoy teaching them.

Esta es la última entrada del blog de este año. Relacionado con el tema de la Fiesta de la Primavera, llevamos varias semanas trabajando los deportes olímpicos, la bandera, los continentes, los colores…

Han salido muy reforzados con respecto al idioma y han aprendido mucho vocabulario y expresiones. también han participado mucho y se han sentido más reforzados en el idioma.

Ha sido un verdadero placer para Lindley y para mi ser sus profesoras, ser parte del grupo y divertirnos enseñándoles.

Dear parents,

After creating our own «Wild Animals Book» and learning about the different possible landscapes and where animals live (year 1) and after learning about bugs and insects (year2), we have entered directly the most important event of the year: The field trip. Children are completly crazy about it and they show their interest in the way they want to participate in the games we have prepared and the different activities. They are learning specific vocabulary about clothes and objets they may take in their suitcases.

Después de crear nuestro «Libro de Animales Salvajes» y de aprender  sobre los posibles hábitats donde pueden vivir los animales (1º) y de aprender sobre insectos y bichos (2º) , entramos de lleno en el evento del año: El viaje de fin de curso. Los niños están locos de contentos y muestran su interés participando en las actividades y juegos que les hemos preparado con mucho interés. Están aprendiendo vocabulario específico de la ropa y objetos que pueden llevar en su maleta.

Dear parents,

We have been stuying about spring, insects and bugs: their names, how to distinguish them, how to classify them, their colours and habits. As well, we have learnt the prepositions: on, in under, next to, in front of, behind… We are ready for  expoloring the garden and for our insect presentation.

Estimados padres:

hemos estado estudiando la primavera, los insectos y bichos: sus características, sus colores y hábitos. También hemos aprendido las preposiciones: encima, debajo, al lado, en frente, detrás… Estamos preparados para explorar el jardín y hacer una presentación sobre insectos.
