¡Emociónate con las emociones!

Los rojitos hemos decidido viajar al maravilloso mundo de las emociones y experimentar como se siente nuestro cuerpo cuando nos sentimos HAPPY, SAD, ANGRY, DISGUSTED and SCARED y atención con nuestras expresiones faciales!!

En esta actividad tan especial hemos identificado las emociones con colores utilizando material  familiar, tangible y manipulativo como son los cubos del patio de infantil y globos de colores… y solo había que ver sus caritas para darse cuenta de  lo emocionados y motivados que estaban con la actividad, disfrutando a la vez de un día espléndido alrededor del árbol reunión.

En clase de inglés… ¡Nos vamos de compras!

Y es que el grupo de primero ha realizado el proyecto                         Let’s go shopping! aprovechando que estamos aprendiendo la ropa, ¡hemos creado nuestra propia tienda! desde el decorado, las prendas, el importe a pagar… and much more! y por supuesto… hemos ido a comprar a Alqueria’s clothes shop!  😉

Lo más importante es que, no solo lo hemos pasado genial, sino que todas y todos hemos sido partícipes de nuestro aprendizaje!     Hemos hablado inglés y hemos disfrutado 🙂

Lo que está claro es que si los niños y niñas de primerillo tienen que ir de compras en un país de habla inglesa… ¡pueden hacerlo perfectamente!

HEALTHY FOOD IN OUR LIVES!

Hello food lovers!

In Primary 2, we continue with the topic of healthy life and healthy food! We have been learning about different foods, not only fruits and vegetables, but also food that can be healthy or unhealthy.

We are creating our own FOOD PYRAMID! The pyramid is divided into five food groups and we are learning what a healthy balanced diet should include.

We are using food from those five groups: fruits and vegetables, grains, proteins, dairy products, sweets… that we find in markets leaflets and organising them into different levels according to the quantities we should take in our daily life.

MONSTERS, MONSTERS AND MORE MONSTERS!

Hello little monsters!!!!

ha ha ha! We are many beautiful and cute monster in primary one 🙂

As you know, we are studying BODY PARTS and what’s better than creating strange creatures with so many and different body parts such as… three big eyes, two heads, four legs, long tail, wings and horns and full of colourful hair!

We really know the vocabulary and how to describe our body parts so now it’s time to create our own monster. This time, in Primary 1 , we are working in teams using our imagination to make  funny and cute monsters that we will describe to our class later, we enjoy the process of being a team while learning English!

Here you have some photos of the past days and we will update you when we are done with our friends!

Christmas is near and the enthusiasm is growing fast amongst our children. To celebrate this period of the year, we have learnt a song called «Snowflake» and some vocabulary related to Christmas and toys.
