Dear parents,

Welcome to our school Alquería. Our children have grown soooo fast this summer. These past weeks we have been learning the rules to behave nicely in the class. The go the following way:

  • Be quiet as mice/ Speak in English/ Raise you hand/ Be friendly/ Can I go to the toilet?/ Tidy up/ Make a correct line…

This week we are learning about Europe and the different languages and countries; as well, how to say «HOLA» in other parts of the world.

Bienvenidos a nuestro colegio Alquería. Nuestros niños han crecido tannnnnn rápido. Estas semanas hemos aprendido el comportamiento correcto que hay que tener en clase. (Doy ejemplo de las frases hechas).

Esta semanas estamos aprendiendo a cerca de Europa y los diferentes idiomas y países. Además estamos aprendiendo a decir hola en diferentes idiomas.

Dear parents,

Welcome to our school Alqueria and to the English class. These past 2 weeks we have been revising the Hello song and we have read a book called «How do dinosaurs go to school?». From this reading, we have created paint from modeling clay, we have created our own dinosaurs and we have danced with a beautiful song.

Bienvenidos de nuevo a nuestro cole Alquería y a la clase de inglés. Estas últimas semanas hemos estado revisando las Hello songs y hemos leído un libro llamado «¿Cómo van los dinosaurios al cole?» A partir de esta lectura, hemos pintado extendiendo plastilina y hemos creado nuestros propios dibujos. Además hemos bailado con una canción sobre dinosaurios.

Welcome to Alqueria again and to the English class!!

These past 2 weeks we have been revising the Hello Songs we know and the colours. As well we have been experiencing mixing colours and creating paintings. We have been playing in the class and we have been using new vocabulary.

Dear parents,

This is the very last post of the year. Related to the Spring Party topic, we are learning about Olympic Sports, the 5 rings, the continents, the colours…

They have become very fluent with the language and they have learned a lot of vocabulary and expresions. As well they have participated a lot and feel more confident towards the language.

It has been a real plaseure for Lindley and be to become part of this group and to enjoy teaching them.

Esta es la última entrada del blog de este año. Relacionado con el tema de la Fiesta de la Primavera, llevamos varias semanas trabajando los deportes olímpicos, la bandera, los continentes, los colores…

Han salido muy reforzados con respecto al idioma y han aprendido mucho vocabulario y expresiones. también han participado mucho y se han sentido más reforzados en el idioma.

Ha sido un verdadero placer para Lindley y para mi ser sus profesoras, ser parte del grupo y divertirnos enseñándoles.
