HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Spooky Fun in Our Classroom!

Boo! Did you hear that? It’s just the sound of Halloween fun sneaking into our classroom! This week, our little pumpkins have been busy exploring all things spooky (but not too scary!). From dressing up in colorful costumes to making creepy-crawly crafts and singing silly monster songs, we’ve had a frightfully good time!

Halloween is one of our favorite celebrations because it’s full of imagination, laughter, and creativity. We learned new words, practiced counting with candy, and even had a spooky story time that made everyone giggle. Keep reading to see all the magical moments and smiling faces from our Halloween adventures!

In the Red Class, we made a Halloween minibook with basic vocabulary, which the children presented to the rest of their classmates.

We’ve had such a great time this week celebrating Halloween!
Have an amazing Halloween night and don’t forget to collect lots of candy!

See you soon!

Fun with Halloween!

Hello and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

This week our Primary 1 and 2 children have been enjoying a very special Halloween week in English!

We learned lots of Halloween words: like witch, ghost, bat, pumpkin, monster, spider, spider web, candle, scary… through songs, stories and crafts.

First, we sang the song “Knock, Knock! Who Are You?”, where we had to guess who was behind the door:

“Is it a ghost? A witch? A vampire?”

The children loved repeating the spooky sounds and dancing with the characters!

Then, we made our own ghosts with origami paper, we folded, drew funny or scary faces, and created a little ghost family while listening to some Halloween songs like:

Children practised vocabulary, listening, and speaking while having so much fun. They also learned some useful Halloween expressions like:

Trick or treat!
I’m a ghost!
Boo!
Don’t be scared!

Also, Aria from Primary 1 brought Halloween pumpkins to decorate! Thank you Aria!

We had such a spook-tacular time together!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE!
